MGB GT Sebring

On the occasion of the Halloween we decided to publish a night photo shoot of the MGB GT Sebring. The tour took place around the old town Vilnius with old cars. The photo session was done by @hereis.tim. Take a look!

October, 2023

The most important event of Autumn of 2023 is the old car rally in Poland "Grand Prix Polski Pojazdów Zabytkowych". This is the biggest race in Poland.

It all started in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, and continued for 4 days and over 1000 km all the way to the Czech border and partly took place in the mountains of the country. There were 25 precision driving speed sections in total, of which 8 speed runs on 5 different tracks, to show who was the fastest.

Together with co-driver Linas Zvinakevicius, we tested the worst roads in the country, complicated navigation and heavy mountain fog. And the last nights' sprints ended on a spectacular mountainous biathlon course and with an impressive finish.

The MGB TG Sebring did 2,500 km during the event. The car, manufactured in 1978, had a lot of work to do. As a result, we had to simplify our suspension and plug the hole for oil in the engine with a plastic bag. It was great that team mechanic Laurynas Narakas accompanied us with a racing Toyota GR Yaris.

We welcomed autumn with a nice trip in nature, which was captured by our friend, photographer @hereis.tim. It perfectly revealed not only the beauty of the 1978 MGB GT Sebring, but also the beautiful nature of a country. The beautiful sky enjoyed with us.

Our old friend MGB GT Sebring took part in the 20th anniversary of the classic cars club in Lithuania and 10th traditional rally of the Dzukija. Two days were full of sprints, different tasks and speed. Unpredictable weather conditions also took part in it.

August, 2023

The one-day "Historic Rally of Vilduja" took place at the beginning of September. Together with the co-driver Linas Zvinakevicius we perfectly coped with the challenges and were the absolute first among all rally participants. Thanks to Goodyear for the prize - a set of new tires.

July, 2023

The biggest classic cars event on this side of the Baltic Sea named "Timeless Classics" takes place every year in Biržai, Lithuania. The most rare and fastest old cars gather here. The restoration competition attracts many old carriages in perfect condition to participate. MGB GT Sebring also participated. We want to show what race cars people used for race in the past century.
